Suburbanite Article, October 24th: Englewood wants to form committee to keep tabs on light rail

29 October 2013 6 views No Comment

Dear Residents:

The City is proposing the forming of a light rail grassroots commission which will urge Transit to use recommendations made by the city during the light rail hearings.

This would be a joint venture between the EEDC and Mayor Frank Huttle III. This will have an impact on the economy, quality of life and the city’s growth.

The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail would be extended to Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.
Please stay tuned for further updates on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and Englewood’s involvement.

Regards,

Mayor Frank Huttle
