Memorial Day Service and Parade

Please join the City of Englewood as we remember those who have made the supreme sacrifice for their country’s freedom at the Memorial Day Service and Parade, Monday May 30, 2011.

Line-up starts at 9:30am and the ceremony will begin promptly at 10am at the Soldiers’ Monument (in case of rain, at bergenPAC). The parade to Veterans’ Memorial Park will commence immediately after the services.

This year’s Grand Marshals are long-time residents Bravell Nesbitt and Richard Krane. Both active members of the community, they served in the United States Army in the Korean War and received military honors.

Please find a copy of the program here, with more information about the day’s services, Grand Marshals, and Englewood’s Honor Roll.

Special thanks go out to Olga Moscario and the Englewood Commemorative Council for putting the program together.
